Roly has a detailed understanding of the Queensland legal system having practised for many years as a defence barrister and lawyer. His experience as a defence barrister and lawyer enables him to identify the most appropriate strategy when issues arise throughout the visa application process.
Roly pays close attention to the details to ensure each visa application is accurate, complete and prepared in accordance with the Department of Home Affair’s requirements in order for the visa application to have the best chance of success.

Committed to the community, Roly has worked on a pro bono basis in a company secretary role for Cystic Fibrosis Queensland and has served as a judicial member for the Queensland Cricket Conducts Tribunal for ten years.
