Unlicensed Driving Charges Reduced Due To Personal Circumstances

Tuesday, April 15, 2014

Type of Case:  Traffic LawUnlicensed Driving

The Situation:  Our client was charged with unlicensed driving.  We argued that it would not have been in the public interest to proceed with the original charge due to the personal circumstances of the defendant and the facts of the case.

The Result:  We successfully negotiated with the prosecution to reduce charges of unlicensed driving while SPER suspended (or whilst demerit point suspended to simple unlicensed driving), which does not hold a mandatory disqualification
